This policy applies to all purchases made through the Nawat Organic website.
π Return Window
We offer a 2-day return policy. You have 15 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
π¦ Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Once your return is approved, weβll send you a return shipping label and instructions for sending the item back.
Note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
π Damages & Issues
Inspect your items immediately upon delivery. If anything arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us right away so we can make it right.
π Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning it first. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.

- Refunds are only issued for damaged or defective items
- We will notify you once weβve received and inspected your return
- If approved, your refund will be issued via money transfer in USD within 3 business days
