We offer a 2-day return policy. You have 15 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

To start a return, please email us at hello@nawatorganic.com.

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions for sending the item back.

Note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Inspect your items immediately upon delivery. If anything arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us right away so we can make it right.

If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning it first. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.

  • Refunds are only issued for damaged or defective items
  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return
  • If approved, your refund will be issued via money transfer in USD within 3 business days
