Do you offer cash on delivery?

Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across all Lebanese regions.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days depending on your location.

Do you ship outside Lebanon?

At the moment, we only deliver within Lebanon.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we send you a tracking update via SMS or WhatsApp, depending on your preference.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of purchase. After that, the order is usually already processed.

Are your products original?

Yes, all our items are 100% genuine, sourced directly from trusted local Farmers and Suppliers.

What should I do if I receive a damaged item?

Inspect your items immediately upon delivery. If anything arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us right away so we can make it right.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Yes, you can request a return or exchange within 2 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unused and in original packaging.
Note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Do you have a physical store?

No physical store at the moment — we operate fully online to keep prices affordable.
